DAK Proud to Announce Mike Richmond Appointed President of XPX NJ

Rochelle Park, NJ – DAK is proud to announce that Michael Richmond, one of DAK’s Managing Directors, has been appointed as President of the New Jersey Chapter of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX).


XPX is an association of professional advisors that collaborate to help their privately held company clients build business value, transfer ownership, and create a legacy of success in their lives and their communities. Members are professional advisors, representing multiple professions who work collaboratively on exit planning for their business owner clients.

Richmond joined the organization 4 years ago and has been an active member taking on leadership roles including Board Membership and the Programing Committee. In the role of President, he will lead the organization and continue to build a vibrant community of advisors to privately held businesses in New Jersey.

The NJ Chapter was established in 2017, to expand the scope of the national organization that was founded in Boston in 2007.
