DAK Announces Major Investment In Diversified from Tailwind Capital

DAK served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Diversified, working initially on locating suitable partners, managing the competitive process and completing the transaction.

This transaction capitalized on Diversified’s outstanding reputation for addressing the complete spectrum of design, sourcing, installation and services of the most advanced audio, data, visual communication networks and computer network systems in the world.
