Competitive Sale Process Delivers Strategic Partner

Ridgewood, NJ – DAK Group, a leading investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions, announced the sale of its client, BrightTree Studios, a Pennsylvania-based technology design and consulting firm specializing in audiovisual, IT/telecom, security and acoustics, to BrightStar Capital Partners, a New York-based middle-market private equity firm, joining KZF Design and Erdman as part of Brightstar’s architecture and design platform.

DAK Group served as exclusive financial advisor to BrightTree Studios, initiating and managing the entire transaction process while leveraging its deep industry expertise to create a competitive sale process designed to maximize value.
