The DAK Group Welcomes Shadi Yakoup

Rochelle Park, NJ – The DAK Group, a boutique investment bank specializing in serving the M&A and business succession needs of middle market companies, announced that Shadi Yakoup has joined the firm as an Analyst.

Yakoup will be part of the Deal Team and apply his experience in financial analysis and modeling. He will work closely with business owners to develop compelling deal materials and play an integral role in the transaction process and deal analytics.

Prior to joining DAK Mr. Yakoup was a Corporate & Investment Banking Fellow at JPMorgan Chase & Co. He also gained valuable experience as a Summer Analyst within TD Cowen’s Markets Division. Shadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from The New Jersey Institute of Technology and was a Dean’s List student.
