The DAK Group Bolsters Integrated Technology & Live Experiences Practice with Addition of Global Industry Expert Denis Pozigun

Ridgewood, NJ – The DAK Group, the leading investment bank and M&A advisor to middle-market companies, announced today the addition of Denis Pozigun, a senior operating executive and M&A strategist, to its Integrated Technology & Live Experiences Practice. Denis will work closely with Ari Fuchs, Managing Director, strengthening DAK’s advisory capabilities across complex, technical end markets at a time of accelerating activity in the sector.

Denis brings a seasoned operator’s perspective shaped by two decades of leadership across integrated technology, and live experience businesses. His experience advising, scaling, and evaluating technical platforms enhances DAK’s ability to help owners build enterprise value, position their companies for premium outcomes, and navigate increasingly sophisticated buy-side and sell-side processes.

DAK has established itself as a trusted advisor to many of the largest and most respected domestic and international platforms in the sector. The firm has also closely advised leading private equity sponsors on sector strategy, acquisition priorities, and platform expansion, having advised on transactions involving companies such as Diversified, AVI-SPL, FORTE, Yorktel, Adtech Systems, VCA, Herman ProAV, ADI Global, Dimension Data, Black Box, Avaya, among others. As M&A activity and strategic complexity continue to increase, Denis’s addition reflects DAK’s commitment to expanding its deep, sector-specific expertise and delivering operator-level insight alongside one of the most active advisory platforms in the space.

“Denis understands these businesses from the inside out,” said Ari Fuchs, Managing Director at The DAK Group. “His experience building and scaling global platforms—and his insight into how buyers and sellers evaluate operational risk and value creation—adds a powerful dimension to our practice.”

Denis is widely recognized as a subject matter expert across Integrated Technology, Mission-Critical Environments, Broadcast, and Live Events. Most recently, he led the Global AV Practice at Convergint and previously played a key role in international expansion initiatives at Diversified, giving him a global perspective on M&A strategy and integration considerations.

At DAK, Denis will partner with Ari Fuchs and the broader team to advise owners in the Integrated Technology and Live Experiences sectors, helping them translate operational complexity into clear equity positioning and prepare for successful acquisitions or exits.

VCI – Emergency Vehicle Specialists recapitalized by Tightrope Capital & NewSpring Capital

VCI is the preeminent full lifecycle sales and service provider of emergency ambulance solutions to first aid squads, EMS organizations, fire departments, hospital organizations, municipalities, and private medical transport companies in the Mid-Atlantic Region. DAK led a competitive, sell-side process for VCI, generating multiple offers from a wide range of strategic buyers and financial sponsors. By positioning the combination of VCI’s market leadership position, comprehensive services offering, strong manufacturer relationships, and robust backlog, DAK achieved an outstanding outcome for the company’s shareholders.

The acquisition provides the shareholders of VCI an opportunity to accelerate its growth strategy by expanding its core ambulance business, building out the value-added segments of conversions and remounts, implementing operational improvements, and pursuing acquisitions with the help of its new partners. Tightrope and NewSpring have an opportunity to leverage VCI’s strong management team and operating platform to build a multi-regional player in emergency ambulance solutions.
