Ridgewood, NJ – The DAK Group announced today that Denis Pozigun, a globally recognized operating executive and M&A strategist with two decades of experience has joined the firm’s Integrated Systems & Live Experiences Practice. Pozigun brings deep sector expertise spanning Integrated Systems, Mission-Critical Environments, Broadcast, and Live Events.
Most recently, Pozigun led the Global AV Practice at Convergint, where he oversaw complex, multinational operations serving enterprise and mission-critical clients. Prior to that, he played a key role in international expansion initiatives at Diversified, giving him a first-hand perspective on platform scaling, cross-border integration, and value creation in highly technical environments.
At The DAK Group, Pozigun will work closely with Ari Fuchs, Managing Director, to advise owners and investors navigating increasingly sophisticated M&A processes across the Integrated Systems and Live Experiences sectors. His operator-focused background enhances DAK’s ability to help clients translate operational complexity into clear equity narratives and position their businesses for premium outcomes.
DAK is a leading investment bank and M&A advisor to middle-market companies and a trusted advisor to many of the largest and most respected domestic and international platforms in the sector. The firm has also advised leading private equity sponsors on sector strategy, acquisition priorities, and platform expansion, with transaction experience involving companies such as Diversified, AVI-SPL, FORTE, Yorktel, Adtech Systems, VCA, Herman ProAV, ADI Global, Dimension Data, Black Box, and Avaya.
“Denis brings a rare combination of deep operational experience and strategic perspective,” said Ari Fuchs, Managing Director at The DAK Group. “His understanding of how these businesses scale—and how buyers evaluate risk, integration, and value—significantly strengthens our ability to advise clients in this space.”
“I’m excited to join The DAK Group and work alongside Ari and the team,” said Denis Pozigun. “DAK has built a strong reputation in the integration space, and I look forward to helping both buyers and sellers leverage deep sector insight to navigate the market and capture the maximum enterprise value”
