Rochelle Park, NJ – The DAK Group, a leading investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions worldwide, announces the sale of its client BMS Bearings, headquartered in White Plains, NY to Next Point Bearing Group of Valencia, California.

The DAK Group served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to BMS Bearings initiating and managing the process.
