Denis Pozigun is a senior operating executive and M&A strategist who provides business owners in the Integrated Technology and Live Experiences sectors with a rare “insider’s view” of strategies to increase enterprise value and position companies for premium acquisitions or exits.
Rooted in two decades’ experience built from hands-on field work through successive management roles to global executive leadership, Denis helps owners increase enterprise value and execute successful transactions by bringing a clear understanding of how buyers assess value and integrate technical businesses.
A true global citizen of the industry, he leverages an extensive international network across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC to connect DAK’s clients with the most qualified buyers and sellers.
Recognized as a subject matter expert in the Pro AV, Mission-Critical Environments, Broadcast, and Live Event sectors, Denis leverages a deep understanding of the systems integration business to help clients translate technical operations into value-driven equity positioning. His expertise combines global operational leadership with strategic M&A execution.
Most recently, as the head of the Global AV Practice for Convergint, he architected international infrastructure and delivery networks across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. By combining years of multi-regional business management with the evaluation of nearly 30 companies for acquisition across 20 countries, he has mastered the “Buyer’s Playbook.” He knows precisely how to secure off-market proprietary deal flow and identify the operational synergies that make technical businesses attractive to acquirers.
His value to clients is rooted in this “field-to-boardroom” journey. During his leadership tenure at Diversified, Denis was instrumental in driving international expansion and played a key role in the strategic design and establishment of its Global Capabilities Center in India. This experience gives him an intimate understanding of the operational DNA required to scale a systems integrator globally. He doesn’t just analyze spreadsheets; he specializes in operational normalization and EBITDA enhancement—identifying the labor utilization and technical logistics that drive real profitability.
Denis’s perspective is further balanced by his time in the high-stakes, VC-funded startup world at Oblong Industries, allowing him to navigate the distinct demands of both agile startups and billion-dollar platforms.
Denis holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University and remains a fierce advocate for owners looking to successfully monetize their life’s work.
