Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking motivated, ambitious, and associate applicants who:
- A BS degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of related experience.
- Ensure a high level of organization, lead preparation and fulfill client diligence and information relevant to the M&A process.
- Responsible for creating pitches, marketing documents and client deliverables.
- Have proficiency in Excel and related programs, maintain dataroom, create pitch, discussion materials, engagement letters, etc.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with centers of influence and client representativese.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to communicate with clients, identify needs and solution oriented approaches.
- Demonstrate a passion for investment banking and a commitment to excellence.
