We uncovered opportunities for Endot to grow its sales by selectively expanding beyond its New Jersey and Ohio facilities to satisfy increasing demand from its growing client base.

DAK identified several companies and facilities that met Endot’s needs, including Orangeburg Industries of Greenville, TN, which ultimately was determined to be the right fit. Orangeburg complemented Endot’s operations with a skilled workforce, capable equipment and efficient transportation.

We approached Orangeburg with the strategic opportunity and set the stage for a successful transaction. DAK coordinated the efforts of Orangeburg and their advisors and managed the transaction through valuation, negotiation, deal structure, and closing, protecting Endot’s interests at all times.
