The DAK Group, Ltd. announced the acquisition of certain assets of Anadig Network Solutions by 5B Technologies Corporation (Nasdaq: FIVE). Anadig Network Solutions (Port Washington, NY) is a privately-held consultative network, security and infrastructure solutions provider with sales in excess of $10 million for the year 2000.

Specifically, 5B has acquired Anadig's prestigious client base and key staff in the marketing, engineering, project management and support areas. The acquisition, the second in less than one month, represents 5B's ongoing fulfillment of its mission to serve as a complete provider of end-to-end solutions. Listed among Anadig's impressive client roster are Ademco Distribution, Inc., Division of Honeywell/GE, Astoria Federal Savings, Audiovox, Fortunoff, Goldman Sachs and Nature's Bounty. Like 5B Technologies, Anadig is a significant Cisco and AT&T partner, giving 5B additional ammunition in its expansion into the high growth area of telephony. The terms of this transaction were not disclosed. 5B Technologies Corporation (Woodbury, NY) is a comprehensive business solutions provider, offering customers a wide range of integrated services, including customized design and development of Internet infrastructure and commerce solutions, information technology consulting, local area network and website security, systems integrations and staffing services.
