Nancy Manket is a Managing Director at DAK with over twenty years of experience in banking, finance, operations, and management of entrepreneurial companies.

At DAK she advises owners of closely held businesses on a variety of strategic alternatives including acquisitions, divestitures and strategic alliances. Her entrepreneurial background and corporate finance expertise provide the right balance of practical experience and technical sophistication to successfully consummate transactions.

Prior to joining DAK, Ms. Manket held CFO positions at an Internet-based marketing research company and a VC backed computer and corporate training company. In addition, she was COO of S&H Citadel, a leading company in the incentive marketing industry. She spent the early part of her career financing mid-market companies at NatWest and Bankers Trust Company.

Ms. Manket received her BA from Cornell University and MBA from Columbia University School of Business Administration.
