Greg Long is a Principal at DAK and has contributed to many successful transactions, valuations and fairness opinions in a broad range of industries.

Mr. Long played a major role in the design and development of DAK's programs to identify and engage "below the radar screen" foreign purchasers of US based companies. He holds the Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation from the National Association of Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and has prepared numerous valuations for tax and non-tax purposes, including estate and gift taxes, shareholder disputes, buy/sell agreements, ESOPs and strategic planning.

Prior to joining DAK, Mr. Long specialized in public company and industry analysis for Salomon Smith Barney. He received a BS and MBA from Iona College's Hagan School of Business.
