David Garibaldi is an Investment Banking Associate at DAK, focused on capital financings, M&A transactions and business development. Prior to joining DAK, Mr. Garibaldi was a Research Analyst at Train, Babcock Advisors, an investment management firm managing a $625 million equity portfolio. At Train, Babcock Advisors, he conducted market and business research and presented investment recommendations to senior members of the firm.

Mr. Garibaldi is a level II candidate in the CFA program and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA). He received his MBA from the Zicklin School of Business and his BA in economics from Hunter College.

Mr. Garibaldi also has experience as an Institutional Sales Associate. His responsibilities included establishing and informing institutional and retail clients on buying power availability, systematic risk exposure to specific stock concentration, and industry development.
